Thomas Cobo - President
Thomas is passionate about helping our senior citizens and other people with their daily living activities. After losing his mother to a long-term illness he understands the complexity and the burden of taking care of loved ones. Having extra help during these challenging times helps family members to feel fulfilled in taking care of their loved ones in need. It also helps family members to alleviate pressure and gives them more time to finish other projects in life.
For the last twenty (20) years Thomas has founded and managed multiple businesses in the education, real estate, and healthcare industry. He loves getting to know new people and their experiences in life and nurturing these relationships over the years. His core competency consists of strategic leadership, marketing, and finances.
Thomas has a degree in Marketing and an MBA in Finance.
Karlton Roberts - Vice President Operations
Multi-talented business leader experienced across all organizational functions. Directs daily operations, leads marketing initiatives, hires, trains, and mentors staff. Successfully built several businesses; trained, taught and coached many in business/finance; spoke at local Community College in Philadelphia, PA graduations.
In his previous role helped to build a multi-million dollar education management company with responsibilities of recruiting, retaining, and motivating skilled professionals through leadership integrity, and supportive culture with clear expectations. Created special programs for select Districts for tutoring, workshops and cultural experiences. Maintained and wrote all contractual agreements, developed proposal requests to implement provisions for district, state and federal regulations to provide program services. Implemented a plan that achieved the mandates and timelines created in the law for local, District and Federal programs.
Karlton’s experience with watching his grandfather breath his last breathe several years ago along with losing his father in recent years has prompted him to go from caring for the young to catering for our aging citizens. Karlton has a degree in Business and Marketing
Albert Lalaj – Vice President Technology and Business Intelligence
Albert Lalaj leads the company’s business intelligence operations with advanced technology and data driven solutions.
In his previous roles Albert served as Senior Executive for corporate development and expansion efforts into high-growth, emerging markets both domestically and internationally, where he was instrumental in driving informed business decisions on consumer satisfaction and customer first growth models.
Albert has also a genuine passion about caring for people and is very driven in particular to higher standards of healthcare for the elderly community. This passion for Albert has been naturally growing since he had to see both of his parents face health challenges with diabetes, breast cancer and back injuries. Through his personal journey Albert has learned that most people are happier and more motivated to face their health challenges when they are able to remain at home, in familiar surroundings, while supported by companionships and loved ones.
Cindy Nickey – Financial Administrator
Cindy has extensive experience in the financial industry. She has been a financial administrator for multiple companies for the last twenty years. Cindy is multitasking, accurate and very tedious with financial statements. Through her accurate book keeping she serves our employees and clients needs on a timely manner.
In her spare time Cindy enjoys gardening.
Tiffani Paramore - Home Care Manager | Medicaid Specialist
Tiffani has extensive experience in the health care field. With over 10 years experience from pediatrics to geriatrics including Specialty. Tiffani has two beautiful child which this is where most of her spare time is spent. Worked in various healthcare facilities such as Einstein Health network. She Currently has her Diploma as a License Practical Nurse.
Ericka Sailman - Home Care Manager in Doylestown, PA.
Ericka Sailman has twenty years working experience across multiple disciplines. Some of the discipline areas that Ericka has worked in includes education, healthcare, home care, and mental health. Her focus and passion were working with children and seniors. Ericka also worked with children and adults with disabilities; She has also acquired a passion for working with seniors, where she learned a new group set skills while caregiving for her dear grandmother who had an early diagnosis of dementia. However, as a young child, Ericka enjoyed helping others and being proactive in her community by being an advocating leader to others. In recent roles she was a certified medication technician with the state of Pennsylvania and caregiver at prestigious assisted living and memory care facilities in Bucks County which she developed skills, motivation, and passion for working with beloved seniors with different medical, physical, and cognitive disabilities.
Ericka has different certifications such a certified caregiver, certified medication technician, first aid and CPR, and certification in specialized services with the Philadelphia School District. In addition, Ericka has obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology with the intention and goal to go into a master’s program.
Most importantly, Ericka strives to help others live up to their fullest potential!
