Fidelity Home Care of PA LLC is an independent full-service home care agency that offers a range of personalized services to seniors and all people who need help with activities of daily living in the counties of Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Chester and Delaware.
Our Corporate Staff has over five (5) years of experience in the health industry and have experience with dealing personally with aging family members. What sets us apart from our competition is that we provide skilled nurses for patient’s assessment and follow up visits. Skilled nurses create a detailed managed care plan for each individual that comes to us. Caregivers follow the nurses’ care plan to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive care.
Our caregivers go through training, background check. We have a diverse staff from various backgrounds which helps to better fullfill the needs and desires of our clients. We know the importance of caring for our aging parents, grandparents and other relatives. We deliver the same services to our clients as we would expect to receive for our own family members.
